Proposal Submission

Conference organizers interested in publishing with Vesper Journal are invited to submit a detailed proposal that includes:

  • Conference Dates and Venue

  • Scope and Core Themes

  • Estimated Number of Accepted Papers

  • List of Keynote Speakers (if available)

  • Timeline for Submission, Review, and Publication

Processing Charges

To support peer review, formatting, and digital publication, the following fees apply:

  • Indian Authors: ₹2,000 per paper

  • Foreign Authors: $400 USD per paper

Guidelines for Conference Proceedings

  • Manuscript Standards: All papers must adhere to Vesper Journal’s formatting and ethical publication guidelines.

  • Review Process: Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by qualified academic reviewers.

  • Organizer’s Responsibility: Organizers must ensure that all submissions are original, plagiarism-free, and properly vetted.

  • Submission Mode: Final manuscripts can be submitted via our online portal or sent by email.
